Are there really no monthly fees?
Really. You pay once for the radios, and service is included for life. No monthly fees, no yearly fees, no contracts and no activation fees.
How far can these radios communicate?
As far as you need, anywhere in the UK.
Do I need a phone, Wi‑Fi or an app?
No. Each radio has its own LTE connection built in, pre-paired. No phone, no Wi‑Fi and no apps.
Do I need to program or set up the radios?
No. Radios bought together arrive paired in your own private group, with service already on. Charge them, turn them on and press the button to talk.
Adding a radio later? Give us your group name when you order and it joins automatically.
Can I add more radios later?
Yes, any time. When you order, choose “Add to my group” and enter the group name shown on your radio’s screen. We’ll set up the new radios to join your group before we dispatch them.
How is this different from a mobile phone?
It does one job really well. Press one button and everyone in your group hears you, with no dialling, unlocking or apps. There’s no touchscreen, no web browser and no monthly bill, which makes it great for kids and grandparents.
It can’t make normal phone calls, send texts or call 999 (or 112), so keep a phone handy for emergencies.
How long does the battery last?
3–5 days per charge, depending on how much you use it. It charges over USB‑C from a mains plug, laptop, power bank or car charger.
What’s included in the box?
Your radios (2 to 6, depending on your pack), each with a SIM card already inside and active, plus a USB‑C charging cable and a quick start guide.
How can I pay?
Pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Checkout is secure and encrypted.
What is your returns policy?
Try it for 45 days. If it isn’t right for you, send it back for a full refund. Christmas orders placed 1 November – 31 December can be returned until 31 January.
Every radio also comes with a 3-year limited hardware warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
